Small hotfix release to provide improvements to performance and a number of important fixes.

Performance improvements between infrADAC and MAGENT/Topcon Office.
Polygon assets in MCAD are now represented by a hatch to align with the geometry in MAGNET.
Fixed the issue with MCAD skipping the dwg build when ZIP export is selected.
Resolved an issue with the Convert action.
