1Find a command or macro

Select the product you are using, then choose a row to open the full task guide. ACAD and BCAD use commands from the CAD command line or ribbon. DCAD uses macros started from the infrADAC 12d toolbar.

Command names are case-insensitive

You can type command names using upper- or lower-case letters. The reference shows the spelling used in the interface.

CMDADACAnnotateCreate an Annotation enhancement; DCAD attributes one existing native 12d Text element and uses remove-and-recreate for corrections.
CMDADACAssetAttributesSet reusable Standard and Supplementary asset-specific prefills and optionally load or save a preset JSON.
CMDADACAuditAudit the current project; DCAD validates live geometry from infrADAC and native nested Adac records without transient audit highlights.
CMDADACBulkBreaklineCreate Breakline assets from linework; DCAD accepts open source strings through a compact left-click-and-Done panel, creates native assets and leaves the sources unchanged.
CMDADACBulkContourCreate Contour assets from constant-elevation linework; DCAD accepts source strings through a compact left-click-and-Done panel, creates native assets and leaves the sources unchanged.
CMDADACBulkEasementCreate Easement assets from closed areas; DCAD uses a compact left-click-and-Done selection panel, editable starting/step values and red/green Plan assignment for A through Z, then AA onward.
CMDADACBulkLotCreate Lot assets from closed areas; DCAD uses a compact left-click-and-Done selection panel, editable starting/step values and red/green Plan assignment, then creates new native assets with numeric LotNo values.
CMDADACBulkSpotAlias for Bulk Spot Height; DCAD accepts one-point native strings through the compact direct-selection panel.
CMDADACBulkSpotHeightACAD/BCAD: create Spot Height assets from points or blocks; DCAD: accept one-point source strings through a compact left-click-and-Done panel and create native assets.
CMDADACCleanRun selected data-integrity, supporting-file, prefill and property-block repairs.
CMDADACCloneClone to points or compatible geometry in ACAD/BCAD; DCAD captures one native source and places duplicates at repeated Plan X/Y points while preserving source Z.
CMDADACCSVImport coordinate rows from supported CSV layouts and map each row to an asset type.
CMDADACCUIxInstall, reset or remove the ACAD/BCAD CUIX ribbon. It is not supported or required in DCAD.
CMDADACDimensionCreate a Dimension enhancement; DCAD attributes one existing native 12d Dimension element and uses remove-and-recreate for corrections.

3Selection behaviour

ProductHow selection works
ACADEdit, Clone, Generate and other model commands can use objects selected before the command starts.
BCADUses the same preselection pattern through BricsCAD selection APIs.
DCAD12d does not expose another option's active selection. Generate uses a pre-launch Single/Multi Source Box. Edit, Clone, Annotation and Dimension use a pre-launch output-window pick. Bulk tools open a compact direct-selection panel automatically: left-click each source and select Done. Clone placement accepts repeated Plan X/Y points while preserving source Z.
