1Overview

Audit Report is a Map Pro tool. It sends the selected XML to the authenticated audit API and returns a score, issue counts, severity/category/status summaries, asset coverage and issue routes for Edit or Clean.

Use this guide when

Assessing an XML submission before correction or delivery.

2Audit result model

The workbench separates server findings, coverage and correction targets so readiness is not reduced to one score.

Feature or choiceCurrent behaviour
Server auditUses the authenticated API result as the authoritative audit and identifies when no server result is available.A zero local placeholder is not misrepresented as a successful audit.
Issue routingNormalises severity, target tool, group, asset, field and message.Users can move directly from a finding to the relevant correction surface.
CoverageReports recognised assets and required-attribute coverage alongside issue counts.A score can be interpreted against the actual contents of the file.

4Before you begin

  • Sign in with Map Pro access.
  • Upload the XML file.
  • Confirm the audit service is online and the file is approved for server processing.

5Product differences

The task is shared where possible, but selection, interface integration and model operations follow the host shown below.

infrADAC MAP PRO

Audit Report requires authenticated Map Pro access and the current audit API service.

6Troubleshooting

Audit says authentication is required

Open Account, sign in and confirm active Map Pro entitlement, then retry without re-uploading the file.

The server audit fails

Check service status and file size/structure. Preserve the rejection message and do not treat the local empty state as a passed audit.

A corrected file still shows old findings

Export or upload the corrected XML as a new current file and rerun the server audit.
