Required

The ADACId element is used to identify features which are non-compliant/incomplete.

ComponentInfo structure
Required

Data container for generic asset information. Data structure for generic asset information. Common to all asset classes.

InfrastructureCode String_64
Optional

The code or number of an Infrastructure Charges Plan, any asset feature codes; any ETL software codes.

Owner String_32
Optional

The entity that owns or is responsible for the asset. Used with the Department field to differentiate a sub-set of assets for an XML with multiple asset owners.

DrawingNumber String_64
Optional

The Council drawing number of the as constructed plans. This may not be known at the time of compilation.

DrawingRevision date
Optional

Date the drawing was revised. ISO 8601 is the accepted format.

ConstructionDate date
Optional

The accepted date of construction for the whole project. Usually the project completion date. ISO 8601 is the accepted format. Date may be used to calculate remaining life in an asset management system.

Department String_32
Optional

Department is used to differentiate between assets with a common owner that need to go into separate GIS layers or asset registers.

Surveyor structure
Optional

Structure containing information from the certifying surveyor.

Status enum
Required

The operational or existential status of the asset at the time the data was captured. A Project may contain a mix of planned and existing assets as well as operational and retired assets.

Accepted Values

Newly Constructed Newly constructed asset being passed to receiving entity.
Existing Existing asset described as encountered.
Designed Future asset described as a design.
Planned Future asset prior to detailed design.
Removed Previously existing asset described nas it was prior to removal.
Retired Pre-existing asset no longer in use, but left in-situ.
Rehabilitated Existing asset repaired, refitted or refurbished as part of works project.
DataQuality enum
Optional

Data Quality based on AS5488-2013. Classification of Subsurface Utility Information.

Accepted Values

A AS5488 quality level A (XYZ +- 50mm Positive identification of attributes and the absolute location in 3D).
B AS5488 quality level B (XY +- 300mm Z +-500 mm must be based on survey).
C AS5488 quality level C (XY +- 300mm Z not applicable based on survey of visible assets only).
D AS5488 quality level D ( XYX tolerance not applicable, lowest level of data quality).
Aplus Enhanced A with XY +- 50mm nand Z +- 10mm required by by SEQ Code and others for as-constructed data on gravity sewerage.
Other Some other data quality not conforming with AS5488.
Unknown Data quality unknown at time of submission.
