Bollard
A permanently fixed individual bollard, usual forming a barrier to vehicle entry, while permiting pedestrians or cyclists. Runs of bollards forming a barrier line may be better described by BarrierContinuous, especially if linked with a joining material such as chain or stainless wire rope.

A simple removeable post, usually with a fixed base mounting to accept a padlock or similar security device.
