AverageDepth_m float
Optional

The average depth in metres that the pipe is buried. This measure is useful in most residential developments, but will be less reliable in sharply changing terrain or where significant cuts and fills have been applied. Negative depths may be used to indicate exposed or suspended pipes above the surface.
